If you make purchases on Dancershape, we obtain limited information about your purchases from our payment processors. However, we do not have access to any of your payment card information.

We are currently working with Stripe, as our payment processor. They use and process your complete payment information in accordance with their privacy policy and in accordance with strict payments processing rules and regulations required and accepted internationally; and comply with the GDPR and similar data privacy legislation.

 

 

 

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

 

We use the personal information we obtain about you to:

 

Offer you our Service: Create and manage your Dancershape account, provide and personalize our Service, process payments and respond to your inquiries.

Data storage: Dancershape uses third-party service providers and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services. Although Dancershape owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Dancershape content, you retain all rights to your data.

 

Process payments and accountancy: We transmit your personal information via an encrypted connection to our payment processor and relevant MOSS VAT tax authorities.
