A set of simple and effective exercises to practice a relaxed and correct posture in tango. When we have deeply integrated a posture naturally enhanced for dancing tango, our creative comfort zone expands. And we have the energy to focus on building further this infinite dance.

Practicing Concepts. Linear Steps and Embellishments27.33 min

With a relaxed and correct posture, we move our focus on practicing, very consciously, the way we step in tango, as well as the principle of adding Embellishments to our base elements. We won’t be exploring the entire spectrum of possible tango Embellishments. What we want, is to practice the timing of seamlessly integrating them in our dance.
