Continue with this exercise, to strengthen your inner thighs. It will offer you better control of your movements in an open position, and powerful support and stability in your legs movements. Working on the Flexibility of Your Legs, Stabilization of your Pelvis and Strenghening the Core Muscle 11.12 min

In this lesson, you’ll be performing a stretching routine for your back chain muscles, with a deep focus on the back legs, followed by an exercise to release the spine muscles, while stabilizing your pelvis, then finish with core strengthening. Doing this routing in a concentrated way, and taking care of the smallest details will really make the difference.
