No need to mention that outstanding balance and strong ankles are the absolute must for dancers, no matter the genre. For a great performance, and very importantly, to prevent injuries, strong and flexible legs are essential. MasterStretch® is highly effective in leg muscles stretching and strengthening, gluteus and abdominal toning, in improving blood circulation in legs, including the venous return and lymphatic drainage.
